Arturia FX collection - no presets

| Hello everyone! sorry for posting in English, I am a user of this site, I have been trying to find a solution on why I cant see to find the presets on the plugins from the Arturia FX collection 5. any of the plugins have the presets. I have the sound bundle and pigments and all the other plugins work well, but somehow the FX collection 5 doesn't have any preset.

| now somehow after installing the FX collection, neither the pigment or augmented plugins presets shows, is there any problem between these two, I think one is from VR and other is from R2R
