Библиотеки сэмплов поддерживают различные артикуляции, среди которых легато, вибрато, слайды, хаммеры и пулы, флажолеты и другие приёмы звукоизвлечения. В EZbass встроена секция эффектов, состоящая из эмуляций басовых усилителей и кабинетов, а также педалей эффектов и рэковых обработок.

Также существует обширная библиотека грувов. Все MIDI-партии записаны с высочайшим вниманием к нюансам исполнения. Грувы разделены по стилям, при этом движок библиотеки адаптирует грувы под тональность проекта.

CHANGES

General

Loading sound libraries may be a bit faster now, if they are located on an SSD.
At sample rate 44.1 kHz, EZbass plug-ins (not standalone) now have and report 16 samples added latency, instead of sometimes, in certain hosts, delaying the output with up to 16 samples without reporting that latency to the host.
More high-resolution images have been added, for example for the icons in the articulation menu in the Grid Editor.

Song Track

The tempo button is now disabled when Follow Host is active.

Grid Editor

Doing any editing in the Grid Editor will now turn off “Auto-Adjust Chord Transitions” for the affected MIDI block. Otherwise, saving and reloading the project could change note positions, for example.

Standalone

Buffer sizes 16 and 32 have been added in Audio/MIDI Setup.

BUG FIXES

General

In Apple hosts on Apple silicon Macs, the mouse cursor could in some cases become stuck being the wrong kind of cursor, for example in the Grid Editor after duplicating notes using Alt-drag.
On Mac, opening the plug-in window in certain hosts could cause a crash if the window size had previously been set very, very large.
In Pro Tools, trying to switch to a larger GUI scale could in some cases cause a crash.
“Set to Minimum Scale and Size” now sets scale to 50% instead of 70%.

Song Track

Adding or removing a MIDI block, for example, could inadvertently change notes (revert certain modifications) in other MIDI blocks.
Deleting a MIDI block (using a keyboard shortcut) while the mouse was over one of the notes in the Grid Editor would cause a crash.
Pitch events were not possible to record.
Dragging a block on the song track and releasing it where it already was would leave a ghost block on top of it.
The Previous Transition button (up arrow) would in some cases be enabled even if Transition was Off. Clicking it then would cause a crash.

Grid Editor

With Pencil Tool selected, the mouse cursor over an existing note now shows a minus instead of a plus, since clicking the note will delete it.
The filled graphics for the Length slider now start from the middle (like the Swing slider).
Playing in the DAW with Follow Host on so that the song track length was extended did not graphically update and expand the Grid Editor.
Newly recorded notes would not respond to mouse clicks in the Grid Editor.
Using the arrow buttons/keys on the chord wheel in the Grid Editor now scrolls the grid view to the chord that becomes selected.
The Exclude feature in the Select menu should now work properly.
